April was an exciting month in both Whistler and Pemberton, showing strong sales and plenty of new listings as we welcome the spring market!
In Whistler:
- We saw a sharp increase in sales with 56 homes sold, the busiest month since last October.
- New listings are up, with 92 properties hitting the market, making it the highest inventory level since 2020.
- Despite more sales, the median price was slightly lower due to the types of homes sold.
In Pemberton:
- Sales were also up, with 13 homes sold, marking the best month since June 2023.
- The median sales price reached a high of $1,200,000, not seen since early 2022.
- Inventory is higher than last year, but the market remains well-balanced.
